Functional - ropes, rings, dead balls, kettlebells, sleds, chin up bars, ab slings, power bands, ladders
Free weights - dumbbells, barbells
Machine weights - cable machines
Cardiovascular  - spin bikes, assault bikes, treadmills, rowers
Boxing - focus mits and gloves, boxing bags, kicking pads

Group classes: $15 per class
 
one-on-one personal training: $50 per session
two person personal training: $30 per person per session
three to four person personal training: $25 per person per session
five to six person personal training: $20 per person per session
At true training you can achieve your own goals at your own pace, guided by supportive trainers and training partners.
